At SRL Medisearch Inc., information from protocols is entered into our clinical study database (DREAM) as master data.
When clinical samples are collected, conformity between receipt information and protocols is checked, and sponsors are notified of sample collection, queries, and progress in study sites.

A list of collected clinical samples will be provided on the following business day.

Query reporting and information corrections(query reporting form)

When there are queries for samples received (queries regarding the sampling point, misuse of sampling kits, blank sampling date, etc.) or deviations from protocols, the sponsor will be notified or this information and correction (cleaning) of information will be made.
A history of corrections is recorded and stored.
